"We have stayed at Dorsett Shepherds Bush just for one night and it was our second stay at this hotel and we would definitely be back again. The hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff and the bar area is very enjoyable. The rooms are of a good size and clean and in good working order and the bed is very comfy for a good night sleep. The area the hotel is located was very convenient for us to attend a concert (walking distance to both Exhibition White City and Eventim Apollo) and there is a lot of highly rated pubs and restaurants nearby to choose from. We both very much like the hotel and will be returning again, so definitely recommend it."

"Easy to find and great location for the O2 venue. Very clean hall and friendly efficient reception but be aware there are tall flights of stairs to climb and we were on the top floor which is quite the workout! The room was a good size and very clean, great bathroom with walk in shower "
