「Sadly this was quite the disappointment. If you do stay pay attention to the pictures so you know where the entrance is. Then you enter a very small elevator and get off in a small space to your front door so best to hold your luggage until you’ve checked in. Then it’s an app to check in which did not work so my son had to reboot at least once, very frustrating process. Thankful he is tech savvy so handed it. 「The room is nice, clean and well located. But I never got the check in email, even after calling the morning of my check in, and end up standing on the curb outside for thirty minutes making calls until I got in. I would still book with them again, the room was good. But timely check in emails really help a traveler. 」

「Communication was early and excellent. Location of the property is amazing, although there are not many breakfast dining options (starbucks and the bakery at the metro station are both fine) and few grocery markets nearby (there is one down Kotto st but it is somewhat limited). Otherwise, facility is clean, has very functional kitchen, etc. we didn’t use the clothes laundry although it seemed fine. 」
