“I’ve been to Japan 5 times and stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the most expensive and smallest room I’ve had. My friend and I booked a Superior Queen (we couldn’t afford a twin) and were disappointed. While the Shibuya location—right across from the station—is excellent, it feels like the cost went into aesthetics rather than practicality.
The room has nice fixtures, a large Sony TV, a great mattress, and excellent pillows (though we couldn't get extra pillows), but it’s poorly……

“This place is a secluded haven and yet still close to all the shopping, dining and nightlife of Shibuya. The apartment is very nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. In a country known for compact accomodations, our sixth floor unit offered plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax.”

“I’m excited to be back to Shibuya and stay in the same hotel after 10 years- but I was a little disappointed. The location of it stays perfect, while all the equipment in the house seems old and not well maintained, especially the air conditioning was way too windy and not warm enough, the toilet smells a bit, the overall cleanliness was not up to standard..
The staff and location deserve a 5 stars, and I truly hope a renovation will be done soon so that the hardware could match the software……
