“We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days. The property also had multiple maintenance issues……

“I liked how quiet it was wasnt too many people, the room was very nice we had a pool right off our sliding glass door. Ice machine and water fountain right in the hallways. Easy access to the pool and ocean”

“We had an incredible stay at Landhuis Francia! The space looks exactly like the pictures - clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, and the spacious kitchen and living room and the outdoor patio were a huge bonus. The location of the property is unbeatable super close to the Ring Road (de ringweg) of Curacao. “Breakfastl was awful”

“As a traveler, I would not recommend this resort to stay. Services were not good. Very poor food services. That is lots of bed things that I want to say about but I better keep my mouth close.”

“I was very disappointed in the room. The AC did not work, and I had to sleep in a puddle of sweati, told them it didn't work. And they did nothing, also none of the restaurants were open. And had to eat the same food at the buffet.\nDisappointing”

“This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Kontiki this year because it’s that good. Convenient location near Mambo Beach restaurants and shops, Cabana beach is amazing, and the staff is excellent. I’ve stayed in the apartments and luxury suites and both were great.”
