Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a very nice time. Loved the location and all the many items in the house so you could do just about anything!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend this agency. We are local fire victims who needed a place to escape during the day when restoration was underway. We did not find the tiny condo suitable. The stretched photos made the kitchen look much larger and the entire place much larger. We ended up not using the place. Asked for a break non the $450 cleaning fee since nothing in the condo had been touched. Even the casino hotel had given us a break during displacement. The response was a resounding no. Do, we paid $450 fo a maid to come in and maybe dust. They were within legal rights to do this but ethically I was disgusted. Can’t recommend this agency.
