“This hotel was perfect for a 3 day trip. The front desk staff was always helpful, especially recommending dinner options. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable. The room was spacious and clean, we loved the mini bar and snack box. Parking was easy, no need to use the valet, there were always open spots. I would absolutely stay again.”

“Quiet and spacious rooms. Didn't Ike they didn't have many options of places to eat inside the hotel or an place to purchase snacks or drinks inside the hotel. The restaurant was rather pricey. The hotel didn't seem very family oriented whenever there's adults making out in the pool while kids are swimming. Nice hotel but geared more around adults and couples.”

“This property hosts incredible views. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. We go frequently for weekend getaways. Coconut Charlie's has excellent food and the staff if friendly. The pool is clean and nice but lacks the tropical feel due to obstructed view with tall chain link fence. Pool feels confining with the gate and need for card access.”

“We try to stay here when ever we travel to Treasure Island. This is by far our favorite place to stay. The beds are super comfortable! Rooms are always clean.The staff is very friendly.... I mean all the staff...including the cleaning crew and maintenance staff.Every one is always willing to stop and chat and to offer suggestions to find places to eat and things to do. The location is perfect.... You don't need a car. Access to the beach is right there. They have excellent entertainment on……

“I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am. When I called at 4:00 am on the morning of checkout, I was told that the tram drivers……
