"I've stayed in hotels hundreds of times and NEVER encountered anyone quite like Garielle, who checked is in. From accomodating our request to a room on another floor to getting us ice, dishwashing liquid and extra paper towels, she never said no. Her personality was so pleasant that I will start seeking out Sonesta Suites more. Garielle, you've got a career in hospitality training ahead of you! Thanks!! "

"My wife was in town for work and we chose this Laquita Inn because it was close. Very nice hotel! The room and ground were exceptionally clean, the apartment size fridge in the room was a bonus because we like to snack late at night. The staff were as really on point(when we needed fresh linen sheets they were Johnny on the spot. We will definitely stay here next year when she come back."

"Shay in the Steel City Bar was very nice and her customer service was exceptional. The housekeeper Antonio was the best he assisted me without hesitation made my morning. Thank you for having such amazing staff. I would also like to commend the young lady that checked me in was polite, friendly and most of all made check in very very pleasant. "
