“The resort was perfect for our stay with the family. They unfortunately are a little pushy about purchasing a time share, but besides that everything was good.”

“Nice room and area however if you need a snack or forgot a toiletrie there is no option nearby to get anything. Closest restaurants or store is over 30 min walk.”

“Nice place with roof top pool. Very clean and they accept pets for a fee. Room was big with a separate living room and full kitchen. Close to many restaurants and included parking. The balcony we got was a little noisy with the garbage and delivery trucks in the early mornings but nothing overbearing.”

“A lot of items didn’t function properly, and the double bed “pullout” really isn’t that. The shower leaks and could barely adjust the temperature. The toilet wasn’t functioning properly either. I had to fix it everytime I used it.”

“The property was great and in a great location for our needs. We were in Miami for the World Cup. Only two complaints. There was two of us sharing the unit and required separate beds. The pull out couch had no bedding. When we realised this we reached out and asked for bedding. We assured them there was no extra bedding in the closets and sent pictures to confirm. We were told bedding would be dropped off but it never appeared. I spent 3 nights with a tiny blanket over me. Second complaint was……

“Location and room itself (210) with a balcony overlooking the street was AMAZING! However, there are no blinds / drapes covering the balcony doors or the translucent front door so light shines through the night from the hallway and from the street. With a 6 am sunrise, it is super bright in the living room where the sofa queen is located. Texting with the host is pleasant, yet not helpful. There were no sheets / comforter for the queen sofa bed and the connection between texting the "host" and……
