“Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round”

You get your steps in as you walk to the opposite end of the apartment and back, and as you ascend and descend the 44 steps to the apartment. The bedrooms are a good size. This apartment is perfectly situated downtown. Everything you want (minus a grocery store) is around the corner or 2 blocks away. The……
