"When arriving at the hotel for check in, the staff was extremely nice, very interactive, and you can tell they genuinely love working with each other. We were uncertain what to expect based on reviewing from online, but the staff made our stay even better. We asked what the charge would be for the ocean view room and the staff graciously gave us the upgrade. The room was very clean, modern, and extra towels were provided. The pools were very clean. The hotel placed perfectly in walking distance to other area food and attractions. We will certainly use this place for our next stay in Myrtle Beach. "

"Just a superb experience from start to finish. The property is stunningly beautiful AND interesting. The staff is helpful, welcoming, and efficient. We loved the Solaria Cantina for Cinco de Mayo dinner—great service and reasonably priced. Ashlyn, at the concierge desk was so helpful, pleasant, and friendly to us as her fellow Floridians. The musicians at The Falls were outstanding , and we loved sitting on our atrium balcony enjoying them nightly."

"Great location downtown. Everything is in walking distance to downtown. We were able to walk to the aquarium, coke-cola, parks, and food. Parking is valet, but if you have every visited any big city's before then you already know that it is the same. Valet parking was very easy to use, and they were wonderful. Staff is very nice and helpful with questions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
