“Very nice unit on the 4th floor. Parking was easy and convenient. The beach is right across the street but for this area you do have to wait for low tide as the water comes up too far. However plenty of other beaches are just a short drive away. We just planned our beach visit around the tides and enjoyed finding large shells and conchs! Hosts were great and very accommodating. ”

“This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. “Two elderly women (79 & 86) going to church meeting on Saturday from 8:30 to 4:00 didn’t want to travel from home—two hours—in the morning plus loading up car! I had three crockpots, two huge stockpots, 18 containers of frozen soup ingredients, plus paperwork and posters, personal items, and a cart to transport from car to house, house to car, and car to church. My mistake—I didn’t ask about stairs—it was really tough for us to carry cart up and down the stairs. There was no mention of stairs……
