Very nice apartment with comfortable seating and nice balcony overlooking the pool. The directions to the lifts/apartments could have been better. Host responded quickly to an issue we had. Disappointed not to have any recycling facilities in the complex.

Nice Condo
We had a wonderful stay at Laterra. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was clean and thoughtfully equipped. We only had two problems during our stay – a chain-smoking neighbor and some reckless teenagers at the pool. Obviously neither of these things are within the control of our property owner but we wished that the condo management would have been more effective and present. The building, grounds, and owners we met were wonderful. Some of the short term guests –not so much. But overall, we can say that this property is now a favorite.
