「Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, rooms were clean, no bedbugs, only complaint is the kitchenette. People have stolen everything from them (utensils, pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates) and people should have to pay a refundable security deposit when they stay incase they do steal. There is also a usable printer and computer by front desk which is very helpful being as a lot of the parking places around New Orleans requires a print of your parking pass put in the windshield.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Wonderful seats poolside to sit and dip your feet. Room was well stocked with coffee and other amenities. Staff was excellent and professional, welcoming and kind. Valet service was top notch! Shout out to Sebastian who we met checking in - responded to all requests with quick dispatch. 「We were here last week and stayed for 5 nights. This was by far the best staff I have ever encountered on vacation. They were friendly from the time I walked through the door to the time we left to come home. The room was so quaint, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!
