“First time away with my partner on holiday for one night, the rooms were wonderful, nice spacious area and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just wished the check in was before 3pm but overall wonderful hotel to stay in for a night away or two. Definitely coming back again. ”

“One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It’s a lovely traditional hotel building (1920s shall we say?) which has been beautifully renovated and refurbished. Both the big picture and the small details are delightful. Staff service was friendly with a real sense of team and purpose. I haven’t mentioned the small outdoor pool (constant 27c) or hot tub simply because I didn’t use them this time! I can’t remember what I paid for my one-night visit but it was a bargain, and I would be very happy to……

“Stayed 2 nights in twin room. The room was small ,however it had everything we needed. There was tea/ coffe/ hot chocolate available in the room that was replenished daily. The room was warm as we were top floor, but there was a fan provided which was very welcome. The bathroom was very small, and you may find a struggle if on larger size, however like rest of property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and really good. ”

“Hotel was lovely .first room i was given very very tiny . Bathroom evan smaller. But asked to move rooms and that was not a problem at all. Next room was large and very comfortable. Staff very nice. Right o the beach . Had a very lovely 4 days at THE EXMOUTH BEACH HOTEL . ”

“My only comment would be the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. In the unusual heat we have been having. The heat hit you when entering the room as opposed to the other way round. Apart from that I would put the Belgrave Sands Hotel & Spa in the best top 3 Hotels I've stayed at in this country. I would rate it's location food and standard of accommodation and facilities as excellent. Thank for a great stay. ”
