"First time staying and have stayed at others around the area. The reception was amazing and the staff really friendly. The room was bigger than most but while no real issues, it wasn't the cleanest i have stayed in. Excellent wardrobe space with iron and ironing board. I hope I get to stay here again but often the price is higher which excludes it. Maybe I just got lucky this time"

"Hotel in an excellent location if going from terminal 4 I did go to restaurant for my evening meal and I did not enjoy both the starters and main just tasted not right so that is why I o my gave it a 3-4 star"

"If you are a senior citizens, really important to let them know and check in some of the rooms have the older fashion type bathtubs are very hard for seniors to get in, but they will move to a shower only situation and even there you need to ask for towels because it’s a bit slippery other than that. The combination is very nice And we enjoyed our stay. In US dollars the breakfast is a bit expensive but enjoying it once or twice while you’re there, you’ll really like it."

"This was one of my most favourite hotels in London. The staff were so nice, polite and patient. I arrive very late, 2am and staff wrre available and checked me in quickly. I always travel solo so most of the single rooms I book tend to be very small and cramped. This eingle room however was very spacious and the toliet bathroom had all the toiletries I needed. It's very close to South Kensington station and V&A."
