「Room was smaller than expected but creatively decorated. Too many decorative pillows for the size of the room with little storage to get them out of way. On site parking very convenient Train station very handy to get to other areas of London. Lovely safe area with shops nearby」

「We stayed here for our daughter’s weeding on the hottest 2 nights of the year. The room was like an oven with 1 small fan and 2 small bottles of water (500ml). 「The refurbishing of this hotel is still in progress, therefore it is a bit noisy as construction starts around 7:30 a.m.. There is presently only one small bar/restaurant available for members and hotel guests for breakfast, lunch/dinner/drinks and it is overcrowded in the morning, and doesn't stay open longer to assist hotel guests (there are some pubs/restaurants nearby). Majority of staff is knowledgeable and helpful.」
