"Everyone was very nice. They are located with a beautiful view of the Amish farms in a fairly quiet area. They have a great pool Outside picnic tables and a gazebo. The Inn needs a lot of work on the outside. The rooms are very comfortable. They have a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. They need better cleaning staff. They serve breakfast 7-10 am. Next door is the Fireside Tavern delicious food great bar. They have outside dining seasonal. The Inn is located near the outlets, restaurants, sight and sound theater (A must). There is so many things to do. We have been staying there twice a year for 16 years it’s not the Ritz but so relaxing. "

"Great Customer service, assistane and support upon check-in. Very friendly staff and breakfast was really good with a variety of food products to select. Also provided free cookies after 1:00 PM. "The area was beautiful, the hotel was clean and the room very comfortable. The only issue was that they were renovating the lobby and they didn't have any dining option after 9pm. I asked in the lobby where can we have something to eat and they couldn't tell me where. "

"Property offers a lot of convenience with things to do even on location, from sitting and enjoying the ducks and Koi at feeding pond to onsite play ground. Even down time had something enjoyable. "
