"I always enjoy my stay, I come once a year the past 3 years. I wish they had more options for room service but otherwise everything was immaculate. The customer service was a 10/10 ! From the doormen to the house keeping to the room service staff. I was really impressed. Very accommodating hotel. "

"Lots of construction in the area but not their fault. Some items in the room seemed a bit dingy (window shade, bathroom accessories, lounge ottoman). Nice amenities at the property though."

"The staff was so polite and very friendly and beyond helpful for whatever was needed. Besides the light keeps blinking above the sink when it’s on. Also I’m just going to say hopefully they can improve in a better plumbing system but besides them things everything else was fine. I would definitely come back! "
