"Good service, clean rooms, nice space even if it’s very tiny. Good view. Only issue was the first room we stayed in the toilet didn’t flush properly. The second room was great for the toilet. Amazing location! "
"Great service, clean spacious room. The shower door opened only to the inside and therefore for a large person it was very difficult to use. Of course there was a bathtub with a shower attachment, but no screen. Suggestion: either replace the shower door with one that opens to the outside or put a shower screen on the bathtub. "
"Great size twin room.. very clean and warm. When we arrived late (Reception told us the wrong time) for breakfast Deanna couldn’t have been more helpful..

"The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and genuinely willing to do whatever was needed to ensure comfort. The location is easily the best thing about this hotel. I was attending a conference at Olympia, which is around a 20-minute walk, but the hotel is right next to Kensington High Street station, giving excellent transport connections across London. There are also plenty of food and drink options nearby, including Whole Foods.
I was pleased to see that the sauna in the men’s changing room has been replaced, as the old one was quite dated. The only downside was how busy the sauna was, likely because the steam room and hot tub were temporarily out of action due to refurbishment.
While the hotel could benefit from some modernisation, this isn’t essential — and realistically, once that happens, prices will likely rise significantly. There really isn’t another hotel in the area that offers this level of value for money.
I’ve now stayed here five times over six years, and for what I need, it’s perfect. Some complaints you see in other reviews feel unrealistic given the location. London is one of the most expensive cities in Europe, if not the world. If you want luxury at a higher standard, you should expect to pay considerably more. If you want excellent value in one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, this hotel is a fantastic choice."
"What a wonderful stay at this hotel; a truly unique experience from start to finish. Fabulous guest facilities including lounges, cinema room, listening room and pool and spa area. The room was clean, modern and very well equipped with the comfiest of beds. Loved the shower products, so much so I had to buy them before I left. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially Monika on reception who bought up snacks as a treat for my daughter’s birthday. Breakfast was continental and among the best I’ve experienced; the selection included fresh pastries, amazing breads, jams, eggs and fruit salad. They even had fresh raw honeycomb, what a treat. A very special shout out to Dillon (operations director) who we happened to meet in the listening room and who kindly gave us a demo of the record player and very generously gifted my daughter an amazing hoody for her birthday. All in all, a really memorable stay and I’ll be recommending to family and friends and no doubt be back again for a longer stay to fully appreciate all that this hotel has to offer. "
