The only part that could use improvement are the drinks. The cocktails were all made with mixes that had some strange artificial flavorings instead of real fruit juices, etc. "

"The pool is wonderful!!! Clean rooms!!! Staff 👎 when you go to the buffet is a lot of “managers?? they don’t notice that you there no hello no eye contact lack or smile no interaction with guests. My husband ask for 3 strawberries and the guys denied because he needs the strawberries to make shakes. At the pool they offer drinks very rare if you are in the pool you need to go and get your own drink. The resort is great but the stuff needs a lot of customer service. "
