"Just what we needed. Home away from home. Sheets on the bed, towels in the bathroom and very well stocked kitchen. We only used the coffee pot because there are very good restaurants near by, Horn Harbor, Los Portales, KC Crabs & Cues, Coles Point Tavern and Chitter Chats Ice Cream. Don’t forget the bug spray, being this close to water you’re gonna have black flies, no-see-ums and mosquitoes. Everybody is so nice, so throw up your hand and say hi. "

"The owner and host were Great!! The property was pretty perfect and even nicer than i expected. Getting there was easy from the boat ride to being brought to the property. The Captain of the Jason is right across the street and his wife manages the property. There were 6 of us and from using the bikes, renting a golf cart and walking it was super easy getting around. My brother and I kayaked across to an Island near the inlet with the kayaks on property and it is beautiful there. Looks like great fishing at the right time of year. All the seafood was spot on!!"

The property was beautiful and the house was very cozy if you like fishing and crabbing this is your spot you will catch dinner. My little family had a awesome time and are booking again next summer. "We had a nice quiet week in this adorable and clean home just relaxing in the pool and spending time in the kayaks. We ventured out for some yummy Mexican food for dinner, ice cream in Reedville, and the nearby cafe to try their cappuccino and breakfasts but otherwise spent a nice family week playing games and swimming. "

"My sister and I have always wanted to visit Smith Island. This house was perfect! Well appointed, comfortable, great location and terrific host. The golf cart was such a huge bonus. We had amazing water tours, walked, relaxed, spotted more birds than we could count. Everyone on the island was beyond friendly. Just had a wonderful time which was amplified by the great accommodations! "
