"I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and modern room. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order, which could be bothersome if you have a lot of luggage to transport to/from your room. I like the lobby coffee bar available until noon, and the breakfast choices were perfect to have a healthy start to my day. The area is safe for a solo female and it is practically beside The Galleria Mall if you go through the Nordstrom entrance. There is a bar across the street that plays loud music on weekends until 2 or 3 am but I personally didn't mind that. Great value and friendly staff. "

"we stayed for a night after our cruise. The location was great, hotel was clean and modern and the free breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! Front desk staff were super polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"
