"Ideal location for exploring London close to Blackfriars and St Paul's tube. Very close to St Paul's itself. Large hotel with rooftop bar. All staff we encountered were helpful. Room a good size and lovely breakfast. "

"From checking in to checking out the following day most things were wonderful. The staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely room/bathroom and service and drinks in the 12th floor bar. The only downside was the breakfast, we had to wait absolutely ages for a coffee but the lady was very apologetic and we hadn't been told there was actually a help yourself coffee machine at the other end of the breakfast room. For the price of the breakfast we all thought it was rather substandard with not enough choices of fruit/meats/cheeses which for a hotel of this standard sadly lacked."

"The location is absolutely fantastic. Steps away from the Piccadilly Circus Tube station, tons of restaurants nearby (including Chinatown), and even multiple grocery store options. The Cocoon room was perfect for a solo traveler trying to adjust to the time zone. There was no city noise, despite being in a very busy area. I didn't like that there was an extra fee (£40) to check in early and a fee to hold onto your bags (£15) if you want to explore while waiting for check in time. Also, check out at 10am is a little ridiculous. All the staff that I interacted with were lovely and very helpful when I needed to ask for towels, etc. "

"Absolutely LOVED our stay and V&M. The hotel is simply stunning and exceptionally clean! When we arrived we got an upgraded room and complimentary glass of champagne for our celebration. The restaurant bar staff were lovely and we chatted a good 40 mins. The room was beautiful and i have literally no negatives to say Located near bank tube station, and st pauls cathedral its a lovely location off a cobbled street! Will definitely stay again, thank you xxx "

"Internet was intermittent room was clean and slow in getting serviced but it’s a big hotel so that’s not unusual. Location was great for all of London attractions shows and even being back to Heathrow was a short walk to the tube and a very quiet train ride right into Heathrow … I’d definite stay there again "
