“House is great, we stayed up for a weekend to explore the Falls. Short drive to Niagra falls state park and the whirlpool state park, incredibly convenient. House was nice and clean and the hosts were very quick with messaging back. Niagra itself was a little more run down than I expected, but we’re from Philly so I felt completely safe during stay. Would definitely recommend and we will be back thank you for allowing us to stay at your home !”

“The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort.”

“The Hosts were great taking care of all 13 of us, children and Grandchildren. The Rooms in the Mansion were clean and had beautiful views of lake Erie. Very Family Friendly with volley ball, badmitten, cornhole, football, Frisbee golf and a tree swing. We loved the 9am included breakfast every morning. The on premises live Jazz band and bar were a lot of fun too. We really enjoyed the hospitality showed to our entire family. Thank you”
