"I was visiting my son who is in college in the area! The apartment was the perfect size! Necessities ( great coffee) were provided and all appliances were up to date. The 2 bathrooms were great too! I used the front deck and it was in the perfect spot to catch the morning sun. The beach was less than a block away and everything fun was within walking distance!! The description fits this property perfectly! My only suggestion would be to get rid of the area rug in the living room. It’s aged...

It was clear they care about their guests and want them to have a good experience! The one caution I would give is that the place does not have a "common" area where you can sit on the couch and talk and watch TV. They do have outside chairs, so that was nice. "Our overall stay was pretty good. The location is okay. You can walk to food and coffee but it is at least a 10 minute walk. I’d recommend taking bikes if you have them. Beach was quiet and relaxing. Room was overall very clean. Only bad comments would be that we could not get the TV to work for anything. That sucked because we didn’t have any way to watch anything expect on our phones. Also, no WiFi. Also, there was no hang soap in our dispenser so just small things that go a long way."

Easy walk to the beach for which this property has beach towels and chairs. Great property that we would highly recommend! "
