「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「The wait time for checking in and guest services were long. There was only one person attending the 2 attached hotels. She was running back and forth from one hotel to another on the other side. It sucks when companies could care less about service and more about the bottom line that they’re willing to work an employee to death to save a dollar and not have help for them. The hotel was beautiful though but service sucked.」
