「Great ocean views and clean house nice kitchen and bedrooms with balconies 」

「Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

「We had a great stay at The Kooler. The daytime beach views were amazing and even better at night for star gazing. We saw several shooting stars! The house was very clean and cozy; a perfect spot for a couple's getaway or for a family with kids. We would definitely rent again. 」

「The inside of the property was very clean and free of cobwebs and peeling paint. Great detail was taken into the function of all showers, bathrooms and appliances. This property was a good choice. 」

「Lovely home for a peaceful, quiet beachfront getaway. I stayed with my family and we had a great time. The beach access is close and the porch has some amazing views of the ocean. We also had a person in a wheelchair and walker and the elevator was a great addition. 」

「Great beach house right on the water. The layout was nice and the location was great. Exactly what you need for a relaxing beach vacation.The only downside to the house is that the kitchen is not very well supplied. If you have more than a few people, you will need paper plates...Otherwise everything was great. 」
