6/10 Okay

"Older but generally well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. However, I would not recommend using the guest laundry. The dryer ran for 45 minutes and our clothes were still soaking wet. We had to get them into a bag and drive to a laundry place downtown to dry our clothes. When I told the front desk clerk about this at checkout she apologized but did not offer to refund my dryer fee. Also you have to sign up on an app to pay with a minimum deposit and I'll now have to contact the app provider to get a refund of the remaining balance."

"Way ok expensive for what it is! And over rated. It’s clean but don’t be fooled by the pictures it’s an old hotel by the side of a highway. You hear your neighbors and people in the hallway, if you are not up at 6 there is no breakfast, the coffee was water, the toilet was running all the time unless we giggled the handle and no screen on our window, Plus this area stinks because of a dump near by!"

"I had reserved 1 month ahead of my trip and when I arrived they said all king beds were already taken! How frustrating after driving 5 hours, and on top of that once he gave us another room, he over charged us by double the amount!! Thankfully in the morning another staff was there to take care of us and fixed the issue for us! The remaining of our stay was excellent 😁"

"Day one, checked in. Front desk worker was friendly but their credit card reader was broken and they had to manually enter the card. Got to our room, noticed the mini fridge was running but the inside was hot. Went to call the front desk for a replacement, but the room phone was broken as well. Went over to look out the window and water started dripping on my head due to a roof leak. I placed a trash can under the the leak and walked to the front desk. We were moved from room 232 to room 216. Day two we were out all day and returned to our room to find that we were locked out. Both key cards stopped working and once again back to the front desk. The worker apologized and reactivated both keys. Later that after noon the toilet stopped flushing. I removed the tank lid to find the chain and flush bar rusted, the chain was no longer connected. Rather than making another trip to the front desk I just did a self repair to hold us over. We paid for queen beds, but both room was NOT queen but fulls. The breakfast was sad, not much offered and the cereal was stale. The tree line outside the property was full of trash, the side entry security door key access did not work and the door was always open to the public. We booked for 4 people, all room have only 2 towels... I can keep going on but you get it. Very very disappointed!! No discount or comp given for the poor experience."

"I went during the week, so the casino was relatively quiet. The room was clean and quiet, and I loved the waterfall showerhead. The room lights were switch and motion-sensor, but the sensor must have been turned because sometimes the lights just went out. There were reading lights on both sides of the bed, but either I couldn't operate them or there were no batteries. There was a mini fridge and a coffee machine, but no microwave. I really liked the room, but a microwave would have been ideal. The hotel was secure from the casino, needing a room key to operate. Be aware: if you ask for a room away from the elevators, you might be very far from the elevators. "
