"PRO- A very large resort that is very family & young kids friendly. Lots of food and pool activities for younger kids. The buffet has a smaller variety of options but each dish was well prepared. The resort is nature themed with local animals and vegetation surrounding each pathway. CON- the lack of lighting. Some of the walkways have no lighting at night. There is also a lack of activities at night adult guests with many of the bars closing at 6pm and opening at 10am.The transportation from one area to the next was slow at times. With many of the carts on the side with no drivers available. Highly recommended for families with young kinds or a carefree relaxed time. Not suited for guest looking for something to do after 8pm."

"Amazing food, there were tons of places to choose from we didnt have time to try them all! Beautiful clean rooms, lots of amazing staff that care about making you happy. The butlers were so friendly and very eager to help. I had an awesome massage and the spa is clean and has a great ambiance. Spectacular resort, very clean and clearly very well kept. Will recommend to everyone i know!!!"

"We had a wonderful 10-night stay at this all-inclusive resort with our family, including our 2-year-old and 10-month-old. We stayed in the Family Selection, which was absolutely worth it and made traveling with young children so much easier. The resort was very stroller-friendly, clean, and felt safe and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the food offered great variety for both adults and kids. The pools and family areas were a highlight, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We made great memories and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for families with young children."

" We had attended Hydro Therepy at the Spa, however there were a lot of showers not working. The couple's massage at the beach was wonderful! No matter at which restaurant we ate at the food was great! The shows were amazing. Lots of places to eat and drink. The weather was good! We had fabulous vacation. "

We were also assigned our own concierge team, Dave and Cielo, and they were outstanding. Whatever we needed, they handled it—from answering questions to booking our restaurant reservations. Jesús at the front desk was also extremely accommodating with reservations. They made the entire trip stress-free. The buffet and restaurants were spotless, and the staff in both the dining area and the kitchen were generous, attentive, and truly dedicated to great service. I’m genuinely grateful for this experience, and I’ll be recommending this resort to my coworkers, colleagues, friends, and family. A perfect place for a smooth, worry-free vacation. "
