“Una reseña sincera de un vieje en familia por 6 días. El hotel se veía muy bien en las fotos al hacer la reserva, por lo que al llegar estuve un poco decepcionada, nos otorgaron una habitación en el lote 21 piso tres y la habitación estaba muy deteriorada, muebles dañados desgastados y baño en malas condiciones, no estaba a la altura del costo del hotel, la buena noticia fue que llamamos a la recepción y nos dieron la opción de cambiar al lote 17 en el primer piso que estaba en mejores……

“Beach was nasty and stinky with sea weed. Shuttle service was horrible, always arriving after 30-40 minutes. Food was very bad and mostly uncooked.”

“My wife and I were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary. The resort is perfectly situated for a romantic getaway. At checkin, we were upgraded to the preferred club without asking. The property was clean and well maintained. Service and food were outstanding!! All of the staff were friendly and engaging. The beach was full of sargassum seaweed; however, this is beyond the control any resort. Was an excellent trip and we’ve already talked about returning.”

“Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view. The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part. Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay.”

We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!”

“Bar , restaurant next door good food . Room ac only in bedroom , living area could be warm in hot season Staff and grounds in good condition, except for the seaweed but this problem was up and down the coast”
