Also the staff were not very attentive to their guest because we had to wait 10 minutes to talk to someone and nobody was hardly at the front desk, even when waited no one would appear. Also, we also had a blackout which lasted for hours and as a person who has health problems that is extremely unacceptable and when we spoke to management, they told us about 30……

“I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this property. Shortly after accessing the unit, we discovered a severe pest infestation, including both bed bugs and cockroaches. ​Due to these unhygienic and unsafe conditions, staying there was completely impossible. We immediately reached out to the host/property management through the Expedia app and by phone to report the issue. After receiving no immediate resolution, we had no choice but to check out and leave. ​To make matters worse,……

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”
