「Thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at the Corktree Beach House. We spent many hours on the back patio and in the yard watching the hermit crabs, doves and the lizards doing their thing. Walked on the beautiful beach every morning checking out the huge conch shells and other sea treasures that would wash up. Loved the lush garden, snorkeling, and enjoyed the local fare at the Sandbar and Peaches. Being able to exit the back gate and be in the ocean in just a few steps makes this house special....

「We had a wonderful experience. We rented a car from TCI because we like to visit different beaches. (Taylor Bay, Grace Bay, Turtle Tail, Jacks Cooper, Leeward, etc). The view from the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed having breakfast on the deck every morning. The owner provided two camping chairs, and a small cooler that we packed our lunch in each day. The condo kitchen is well appointed so we cooked in a couple of nights and went to the local fish fry Thursday night. We also ate at the Pork...

「We had a great stay and the house was excellent. Agree with the other reviewers who wrote that it’s nicer than the pictures. It’s also very spacious with large rooms and high ceilings. We were a family of three but twice as many people would be comfortable here. The outdoor space was especially nice, with plenty of covered and uncovered seating by the pool and a lovely garden area. Leeward beach was a short walk (5 mins tops) and the house is very convenient to restaurants and shops in Grace Bay...

「This tiny home is a phenomenal deal. The hosts are lovely & responsive. The pool is perfect for morning chill or evening drinks. And the tiny house was cozy and clean. You will need a car, but if you want to go to TCI on a budget, this is the way. 」

「The kitchen was fully equipped, the house was clean and the pool was lovely. The walk to the beach was 10 mins for us slow walkers, it would be 5 if you are a quick walker. Highly recommend either renting a car or having a driver on standby. The property is about a 50 minute walk from Grace Bay which the main town with restaurants and shopping. There are a couple of restaurants about a 20 minute walk from the house. We had a driver, Patrick, and he was fantastic. His company is Global Luxury...

「Beautiful grounds. Extremely clean. Off the beaten path, which we love being away from the crowds. Often the only ones on the beach. Had a few issues with non functioning amenities, but was offered satisfactory workarounds. We’d definitely stay again.」
