「It was a great experience, very attentive staff, smiling and helping the customer at all times. I had originally booked a mountain view king size room and was kindly offered the ocean view room. Front desk asking after you check in if everything is fine with the room and also checking on the night before check out. Special thanks to David and Vicki from front desk.」

「The Bucaneer resort and staff never disappoint. The place is beautiful and clean, and the staff is over-the-top friendly, nice, and accommodating. I cant stress enough how wonderful every worker on that property treats all of tge guests. Highly recommend vacationing at the resort if at all possible! 」

「Michael was excellent with corresponding from our initial inquiry about booking their place to occasional emails asking if we needed anything during our stay. Unit was immaculate & smelled great every time we entered. Kitchen was well stocked & we didn't want for anything. The balcony's beachfront view of neighbouring islands was our favourite & we could see the multi level pool as well. Never had an issue with chair availability.
