“Single traveller, using the hotel as a half way stop during a long journey. Stayed just for one night.
The staff, from the reception to the restaurant were absolutely fantastic. Knew my name and used it, I felt like their most important customer, even though the hotel/restaurant seemed busy.
Hotel is clean and comfortable, room (8) is small but perfect for one person unless you really want to spread out or perhaps are staying a bit longer.

“Really enjoyed this property, other than the lack of parking. We found the closest place to park was at Buchanan Galleries at over £20/night. This is a 2 block walk to the hotel. Not a big deal dragging your luggage down the hill if you are able bodied, but the walk back up was a little more daunting.
