"This was one of the most genuine place we’ve stayed. The full Japanese experience. Also I highly highly recommend adding the dinner part as it was one of the best meals I had from around the world. (North Americans be aware it’s a ryokan style room, so the bed is on the floor, it’s a Japanese bath, etc…) The family here is genuine and friendly, we will forsure come back. This was the best Japanese experience we ever had. Breakfast also is included, Japanese breakfast (search it up ;) )"

"Visited with my family recently. It’s a family owned property, excellent service and very friendly staff. Owners went above and beyond at every opportunity, including dropping 7 of us with luggage at nearby bus stop. Breakfast was yummy and thank you for accommodating our vegetarian request!! "Excellent hôtel traditionnel pour une vraie expérience japonaise. Beau site, hôtel très bien entretenu même si les installations datent un peu. Le déjeuner est traditionnel japonais, pas nécessairement pour tous les goûts. Personnel extrêmement serviable et attentionné. Le service de navette n’est par contre pas très flexible, pourrait être bonifié pour faciliter les transports en ville. Sinon taxi très présents dans la région"
