"The hotel was very conveniently located, near to subway and restaurants. The beds were soft and comfortable if not a bit high. I could've done with more support though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Negatives- only 6 hangers in the 'wardrobe area' and 3 small drawers for 2 people for 2 weeks. 1 bedside table, no draws, as seems the hotel trend -fashion over function, very little storage. "While staying there was construction that began the morning we arrived, which resulted in the water being out for half a day, and even the following day no hot water. The room was okay; the bed was big and clean, the bathroom was nice, but the room's floors were cold concrete without any rugs or mats. The location is in Koreatown, which means the nights don't feel dangerous as you're coming in to the lobby, and the mornings are not too busy as you're heading out."
