“Great experience overall. The staff in the restaurants, beach/pool, lobby were super friendly and helpful. Didn’t think we needed a butler but it was such as nice perk and was handy multiple times. I thought not really having a balcony to walk out would bother me more but not really. Enjoyed that there’s 3 pools. Japanese restaurant is the best. And the beach is clean, clear and super shallow to swim. Overall enjoyed it all a ton. Just didn’t love the “selling” aspect of the packages /……

“I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me……

“Excellent clean room, friendly and helpful staff, not one single time-share pusher bothering us, great food. A few things to note, the hot tubs on the hotel grounds are usually taken, you won't have much chance on them, the music starts around 2 and goes til about 8, quite loud, and the hotel doesn't have a beach that goes down to the water, it is within a retaining wall. You can climb down into the water from there, and its actually a very nice sheltered place to swim in.The typical beach chair……

“Staff were great. I really liked the little community kitchen, was nice to save money by cooking onsite rather than eating out in the Hotel Zone. The hotel was clean and comfortable and handy to lots of stuff - easy pick up for tours, grocery store close by.”

“The hotel is much better than I expected. We arrived very late, around 3AM. The front desk is very helpful and extends our check out time. The staff speaks very good English. The room is very big, so does the bed. The water in the shower is very good. Wifi works very fast. There are some stores outside, so you can buy stuff very easy, even during the night. And taxi driver does know this hotel. The only thing bothers us is the air conditioner was a little bit noisy. Btw the room has a belcony.”
