"Reserved a balcony room. First room that was offered had a horrible view from the balcony; almost no view and the curtains had dust bunnies, over the balcony on the roof there were many cigarette butts (this is a non smoking hotel). Accommodation was made by being moved to a better room with an actual view from the balcony. Also, you have to pay $17 a night for parking unless you try to find free parking around the property which isn’t easy. "

"Front staff was exceptional! Waived my early check and parking cause I got a flat tire and my car was in the shop for two day. They were lovely! My only complaint is that the executor is extremely slow and there’s only one :) other than that! Amazing! "
