The host, Yaffa was kind and attentive with all my needs. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Full hearty foods with a variety from day to day. "As soon as we came out of the elevator it stunk like cigarette smoke on the entire floor and in our bedroom. The smell was so strong in the carpets and curtains, it was pretty gross. The shuttle to Universal was really convenient, and the food in the courtyard was good. The movies playing at the pool was a really fun idea although it was too cold at night. "

"2.5/5 the room was big but the sleep quality sucked, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and it was loud above us and there was construction. The sofa bed was horrible so us 3 had to sleep in one bed. Don't add this in the review but it sucked so bad because there was 3 people on one bed. I kept sleep kicking and elbowing them both and it also woke me up when I did it. I woke up like 10 times from so much stuff"
