"The hotel itself was great, HOWEVER, please beware that if you need food or necessities, it does not appear safe to walk around this neighborhoood. There was a pupusa and a taco vendor across the street, which is amazing, but other than that, it's in a pretty sketchy area. The hotel staff is awesome. "Check in was fast and easy.However guest services could have been a bit nicer. Lady checked us in gave us 1 key when we asked for 2 and then prcedded to walk away without letting us know where our room was located. Or even the location of the elevator. Room was clean but on the older side. Beds went bad and rooms were pretty spacious. Water pressure in shower sucked! But other then that it was a good stay, neighbor hood felt safe.
