"Loved being on the lake! Family of ducks kept us entertained. Brand new dock right out our front door. Everything was clean. Very reasonable and comfortable. The owner and caretaker were very accommodating to our needs. This property is close to town, and not far from the waterpark and brewery/winery. A great time was had by all 4 generations! ❤️"

"Cottage is just as described . I had a very comfortable stay at the cottage . Very quiet cute neighborhood. Relaxed at the home and did some trail hiking close by. Checked out local shops in town and bars for music . I was here when ice was still on the lakes but this would be a great summer place to stay for the lake activities I’m sure . I would recommend to reserve for the full weekend stay including all day Sunday so you are not in a rush to leave early Sunday checkout . Enjoyed my stay...

"The house had everything we needed in a great location. The game room was enjoyed by all especially the kids! The lake is clear, great for swimming and boating! The house is beautiful and spotless- even better than the pictures show! Thanks for an enjoyable weekend!"

"We (11 of us) had a great time at this property on Lake Darling. We caught sunfish off of the dock, the kids enjoyed playing in the water around the dock. We rented a pontoon from Lake Darling Resort, grilled, had a couple campfires. Weather was great as well. The only downsize is the busy road that the property is located on, could hear the traffic, but we spent all of our time on the lake side."

"Great place, great time. Only negative was the goose poop (maybe put string between the trees by the shore, they won’t come up!). Host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all inquiries!"

"We enjoyed the property and all it offered! Loved having two garage spaces in case weather became dicey. Not far from heart of Alexandria at all(3ish miles). Becca was super easy to communicate with and was always quick with a response! Plenty of places that rent pontoons in the area. Lake Latoka couldn't have been a cleaner lake. Caught some northern, rock bass, and plenty of sunnies from the dock. Overall wonderful experience!"

"This cabin is wonderfully located just feet from the lake and a perfect location for fishing at the head of the lake!! We enjoyed one full day of just playing all the games in the cabin. We appreciated cooking with all the pots and pans and other kitchen utensils provided. The best part was the wood burning fireplace. We will be back for our annual tradition of fishing on Lake osakis for New Year’s!"

"The cabin was amazing. The beds were so comfortable!! The first day we got there we immediately saw lots of Amish people from the community surrounding us. The nature was something else. Waking to the sound of the loon every morning was very calming. We did some minor fishing. Didn’t catch anything too crazy. Still nice to get the poke in the water. I don’t think we could say anything negative about our experience even if we tried. We would love to come back again!!"

"This was a beautiful lakefront property that was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Very quiet and peaceful every day through the weekend that we stayed. The water in the lake is beautiful and clear. Grocery stores are within a 20 minute drive into town. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing vacation on the lake!"
