「Great property. Very clean and close to parks and the downtown area. Several areas that you can walk your dog. Parking was super easy. Only critique would be the WiFi - the tv/streaming was interrupted daily and would have to reset the server to get it back. The host were very attentive sent me info timely and instructions for the visit were excellent. Will stay here again!」

「This room is a great location in downtown Birmingham with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was easy to find and access. My main complaint was the presence of a few roaches, and the bathroom had a VERY strong smell of cat litter. At least that's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the smell. I spent plenty of time trying to figure out if I had missed something or if the smell was coming from somewhere else. The bathroom was otherwise clean.」

「The stay was fine overall. The host was incredibly responsive and I loved the guide provided to help find restaurants and things to do nearby. My concerns came in with the cleanliness of the property. I arrived at check in and while looking for the parking pass (that was not actually in the apartment and had to be brought to me the next day), I found a lipstick stain on one of the glasses set out on the table. Additionally, the eating utensils were not clean at all, I had to wash everything...
