"Our group of 5 (2 adult couples and one 14-year old) stayed 3 nights, and this is our new favorite place in the Lake Martinez vicinity. The house has been completely transformed from when we saw it about 15 years ago. The back deck area is lovely and well-furnished, everything worked well, the furnishings, decorations and amenities were excellent (very comfy bed in the master bedroom!) and we very much enjoyed our stay. "Great house in nice neighborhood."

"My aunt lives across the street at the complex across the road. We have stayed at this BnB before. Now that my aunt lives there we were so lucky to find it available for her 94th birthday. Location convenient! Cleanliness great! Overall experience for now the second time outstanding!"

"Awesome everything! Nice beds. Felt very private. Quiet neighborhood. There are lots of things for a large group even though there were just two of us. Communication with host was great. Live plants made it feel very homey as well. Plus we were able to watch the Phoenix Suns game!!! We will definitely return, and if I could give it six stars I would!"

"Pretty safe as you need a key to get into the property at all times. The rooms are big and a great value. You can walk to dennys next door or another breakfast joint the opposite direction. The shopping center across the street provides other dining options as well. Starbucks is about five minutes directly west of the hotel. "

"House was Fine. Had issues with getting the wifi password and the master bath does not hold water. Was lacking a few basic amenities. No trash cans in any of the bathrooms.. A little effort would make this a favorite."
