"We love Bob W! It is clean, comfortable and cute. It even has a washer/dry in the room, which is a huge plus for people who want to trave light but want to wear clean clothes-- just I wish I knew it when I booked the hotel. It is also very considerate to provide the UK power adapter whcih is another huge plus. The only thing we don't like it the low water pressue in shower, and tube bottom is not flat and presents risk of falling when taking shower."

"The reception area was bright and clean. The room was large, clean, and the kitchen had almost everything I needed, except a roll of paoer towel which I needed badly. Finding the hotel was very difficult, evdn though it was on a main street and very visible. Even four locals did not know. Why? Because the name of the building the hotel is that of an old church. "I liked the kitchen in the room. It was very useful. The room was clean, lots of light. The bathroom was in good condition. I had a very good sleep. The staff were good and helpful. All in alll a good hotel. I would stay here again. "

"Amazing location - in Abchurch Yard in the heart of the city, just off Cannon Street. The apartment was clean, and modern, although definitely on the small side. Communication from the apartment owners could have been better. Hotels.com says that you have to contact the owners to arrange check-in. This was difficult to do, and when I did so the owner sounded surprised and said details would be sent by email on the day (which they did). "

"These are very nice apartments with a kitchenette, pleasant shower, and comfortable bed. We got an apartment with a sofa bed since we were with my daughter. Enough room for the three of us. The reception was nice and they offered to store our luggage. However, they did ask for a fairly hefty fee if we wanted to check-in early. They also booked us a cab to Heathrow.
