“The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows……

Be aware that "partial view" of the ocean is pretty partial as buildings are between you and the beach, but you have a nice pie slice of ocean and a great view of sunsets over Molokai. “Pros: The beach is gorgeous and just a step from the hotel. The hotel is clean and the people are nice. Cons: The room need to be upgraded. It's a bit outdated, the drawers seems been used for many years. The top on my list is the resort fee charged $45.00/day plus parking fee $40.00, on top of these daily fees, they taxed it - I think almost 4 type of taxes. Wow, pushing tourist away.”

“Great location, amazing view from our room. It has a hot top and 2 pools, one of which has ocean views and has a pool bar. restaurant located on site, the staff of the resort are constantly cleaning and making the experience memorable. Lots of markets nearby, food truck market right next door, and a grocery store right next door. Even during a tropical storm the staff was outside in the slower rain cleaning up. Being a private unit at a hotel resort, the hotel staff seemed hesitant to help out……
