“The hot tub was definitely hot enough. The pool was a little bit cool though could’ve been a little warmer. The female desk agent that greeted us upon arrival was amazing. The hotel was pretty dead so she upgraded us to a suite which was great the gentleman that was working the front desk during the day I believe should not be in customer service. He didn’t have a smile on his face the entire time he was not very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. Also, you really get a lot for your money……
