「The place was FILTHY!!! The place smelled or weed and cigarette smoke (it's a NON-smoking), What ever the staff was cooking smelled so heavily of curry and was very off putting... the carpet was stained, filthy and smelled like mildew... NO elevator. No one was manning the front desk, you have to press a button and wait.. and we checked in during PEAK check in time before 5pm. I went down at 6:30 am to breakfast..which WAS NON EXISTENT!!! No sign that anything was being prepared, I asked the...

「Room was changed from a double queen to a king with a pull out sofa without notice. Your overbooking should not affect which room I booked. Breakfast this morning was busy with one one attendant who was very overwhelmed and was having a very hard time keeping up putting everything out for guests.」

「Room was clean. The pool was cold and the pump wasn't on. The game room was a complete bust, as none of the games worked. Entry door C was jamed and had to be forced to get it opened. We didn't stick around to eat breakfast. It could be a good place to stay with kids if they get everything up and running. They play area was nice.」
