「Staff friendly and super clean!!!」

「Ms. Nancy was excellent at assisting with check-in—thank you for going the extra mile to ensure our room was clean. Ms. Karen was great at the bar and ensured our dinner was hot and served in a timely manner. Ms. Delphine was the icing on the cake. She was amazing and ensured that breakfast was served and hot. Thank you to the cook and the entire staff for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was great!!! The only thing that could use improvement is the pool area. We were unable to use it...

「wifi is slow in the evening, fast in the morning. Breakfast is okay...not much to choose though. air cond is not warm enough though turning to the hottest temperature.」

「All the staff are so nice and helpful. Karry Ann is the best!! She is so sweet and caring. We ate dinner in the restaurant after checking in. They knew it was my husband’s BD, so they brought him a dessert plate with goodies and happy birthday written in chocolate. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Williamsburg 」

「Everyone was nice, room was clean, no issues encountered. Stayed for 2 days. Never got to breakfast, we slept through it. LOL. I think the pool was next to our room, but everyone was out at the designated time, so no issues there either. Front desk staff was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Would stay again. 」
