“Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.”

“About 25/30 min walk from Broadway. Would stay again. This neighborhood will be incredible in some years time. Definitely under construction at the moment.”

“The continental breakfast food was fresh and plenty of choices. The bedroom was very clean. We had the choice to have the room cleaned daily or not cleaned during our stay. The cleaning staff supplied us with extra towels. The front desk agents were always friendly and helpful. One of the agents, Kevin, was very informative which helped us with our questions. ”

“Our room was very nice. It was quiet. No issues with air conditioning. It probably worked too well lol..Bed was comfortable and loved the full kitchen! Will definitely come back for a longer stay.”

“This property is amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants/bars on site. Both have live music. It’s walking distance to Broadway, were there was so much live music, food, and a bit of shopping that it will blow your mind. I love Nashville I love this hotel. It ended up being a hub for my family to meet and have breakfast, late night snacks and drinks. ”

“Was pretty dirty no staff not a good area building was knew but really not clean dead bird in front of door and the balcony was wide open when I got there who knows what was coming in and out of room and definitely not walking distance to bars! Only nice thing was we could park right infront! Lots of homeless in area! And building had a funky smell! Chairs on patio were metal bars not comfortable! I would never go there again ”

“The furniture was a little dated. Looks nice in the pictures, but the wear was very noticeable. The room also had a mildew smell. But this was not a deal breaker. This is a first class hotel. If you are not ready to pay for all of the amenities and tips, go somewhere else. You pay for the location. The staff was super friendly. ”
