But having a car, we had parking and were centrally located to other neighborhoods of interest. Walkable to many restaurants and markets for essentials. Laurie was a great host!"

"There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!"

"I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available. We appreciated the comfortable beds, quiet street and black out curtains which all contributed to restful evenings. The host was super responsive and helpful. "This house was recently remodeled and they thought of everything a guest might need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen and two bathrooms well-equipped. The push button door lock is easy to use, no fumbling with a key and lock box. Parking is easy, and the location could not be better. Its literary also an apt complex so if youre not a stranger you wont be."

"Our family enjoyed the spectacular views of the ocean from every room in the house including the jacuzzi. The house included all the luxurious modern amenities a person could ask for. In the evening we loved telling stories around the outdoor fireplace while listening to the soothing sounds of the beach and staring at the stars. The owner of the house was always available and treated us like family to ensure we had a memorable & comfortable stay."

"Replace head boards and foot boards. Remotes didn’t work for the Fan. I had to go downstairs to get batteries for the Roku remote. Nice size spiders came out in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash pumps did not work. But I would stay again. Little fixes. "
