“The staff so kind and nice”

“Amazing, there’s no other word to describe our experience at this resort. We stayed for four days, two couples, and had an amazing time. All the staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The food was fantastic, and the drinks were even better. We would absolutely return. Just one small note: the only restaurant that requires a reservation is the Japanese one, but it’s more of an Asian fusion concept than truly Japanese. They served only five pieces of sushi……

“Resort was excellent, Service at resturant and bars was great. What I didn't like was this Resort is big in Time Sharing, and this is a bad start to my vacation. At checking, the reception trys to tell you that you booked a lower grade room and try to up sell you up tp $600 USD to another room, where as all the room are the same.”

“Most restaurants closed at 3pm. The staff sends you away. Not inclusive as some liquors and wines only available for purchase. Buyer beware from Expedia. Resort credits of $400 is only if you spend $100 then off $25 so you’ll need to spend thousands to get the full $400 credit. I was supposed to get a wine bottle each day and that was not done either. And many of the restaurant s did not have the wine available from the limited selection. Mediocre food - do your research!”
