“This was our fourth stay at this resort, and it continues to exceed our expectations every single time. We travel with our two kids—a one-year-old and a six-year-old—and we truly believe this is the perfect resort for families.

“Most restaurants closed at 3pm. The staff sends you away. Not inclusive as some liquors and wines only available for purchase.
Buyer beware from Expedia. Resort credits of $400 is only if you spend $100 then off $25 so you’ll need to spend thousands to get the full $400 credit. I was supposed to get a wine bottle each day and that was not done either. And many of the restaurant s did not have the wine available from the limited selection.
Mediocre food - do your research!”

“I have had serval dissatisfaction and disappointment events from staff to service ,
Expedia says that there’s room service but there is a cut off time which is not mentioned,
I didn’t get the bedroom selected on my reservation and many others,
However it’s always best for each to have their own experience.”
