Excellent location near Lincoln Center, Fordham University Manhattan campus and Central Park. Very comfortable bed. Tiny bathroom, but very good shower with good water pressure. I was lucky and had a nice view from the window overlooking Lincoln Center. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating at this independently-owned hotel.
Great prices normally but I paid more during surge pricing because of a popular event at Lincoln Center. Restaurants and shopping are nearby, we went to Target which is only a couple blocks away for groceries and other things.
Friend woke up to someone practicing a musical instrument, but I sleep with earplugs and did not hear anything.

Great location, great price for a New York centrally located hotel. Minutes from Time Square. Nice and interesting lobby. Rooms are adequate. Our room faced the inner courtyard, so not much daylight.

Front desk not one smile! Didn’t feel welcomed at all by the lady that was working the front desk! Beds, terrible. The only great thing about that place was George and housekeeping staff. I stayed next to what seemed a playground. Kids yelling all day next to room 3025
